Nomina sunt res. Let’s Empty The Words From Their Preset Meanings
This work is intended as thought-provoking criticism of language that, through the predominance of things, influences their perception by attaching to them preset values and by orienting and distorting the experience of relating to an object. The canvas, as a means of representation, was removed to symbolize the deliberate effort to strip words of their preset meaning to be replaced by denominations that reflect an individual experience, to bring out the expressive potential of the individual.
